After stepping away from the football pitch, I pivoted into recruitment. I spent the next decade at a high-growth recruitment firm, leading teams that helped businesses scale across the UK and Europe.
Through it all, I kept returning to the same realisation: success, whether on the pitch or in business, comes down to people. The right team, with the right mindset, has the power to unlock extraordinary results. But finding that talent takes more than speed or process; it takes care, quality and an obsession with getting the details right.
